Bradenton, Florida - Efficient Wall Systems announces a new "Safe Room" that can withstand winds in excess of 250 miles per hour - that's 120 miles over the County of Sarasota and Manatee code requirements. According to Herman Guevara, VP Sales & Marketing this Safe Room can be added to any home, or stand-alone. The construction includes steel reinforced solid concrete walls, poured concrete roof, and a reinforced steel door. The Safe Room can be designed with or without air-conditioning and typically only takes a few days to install.

The quick installation is due in part to the pre-manufacturing of these hurricane-tested walls; aka the E-Wall. These walls were tested at Certified Testing Laboratories, in Orlando, for Miami-Dade code approvals, "the most stringent code approval body for hurricane testing in the U.S."

Herman Guevara, vice president comments, "We were pleased to see just how well the newly designed walls withstood to wind pressure. They exceeded even our expectations."

Efficient Wall Systems president, Oscar Stefanutti, states, "We are proud to be able to offer this timely product to our clients. The peace of mind the Safe Room provides pays for itself in the unfortunate event it ever gets put into use."

Stefanutti says that recent hurricane activity from Charley proved to their customers what he already knew ;

"We didn't even lose a shingle (during Hurricane Charley) our home was like a fortress. We initially had our reservations but we are certainly glad we did it now!" states Bob & Sherry Stevens, Port Charlotte, Florida who built an E-Wall home.
