Efficient Building Systems, LLC, (EBS), established in 2002, has developed a concrete cast-in-place construction process based on panelized permanent structural forms for walls and roofs. This construction method has been proven with over 1,000,000 sf (100,000 m2) of residential and commercial structures built in the State of Florida, USA and in Northern Mexico.

Efficient Building Systems, LLC (EBS) works under three basic principles:

• Simplify the building process

• Control construction variables (conformance to print, weather delays, labor and material shortages, etc) by manufacturing the forms in a tightly controlled off site manufacturing facility.

• Provide full service to customers, such as: Architectural and Technical Support, Engineering and Structural Design, Precision manufacturing, and fast and dependable installation.

The EBS system, being a monolithic structure, exceeds the required strength to support the loads applied by high velocity winds like those in hurricanes, and could be designed as anti-seismic.

Structures up to ten stories high without external reinforcements are possible using our load bearing wall system.

It is resistant to humidity and termite infestation. It could also provide for sound and fire resistance.

It is considered a green-eco-friendly system since a high percent of the components are recyclable and reusable. It has a high utilization rate of materials and provides for high degree of thermal insulation. Especially beneficial to the building envelop in areas of extreme temperatures.
