Walls
The EBS wall forms are built around either a 4" (100mm), 6” (150mm)
or 8" (200mm) high strength steel stud frame, reinforced with
horizontal rebars. They are filled with concrete on site. Walls with
thicker core can be manufactured as requested. No additional tie
beams are required since it is a monolithic cast-in-place concrete
structure.

Our walls can meet almost any wall height and loading condition.
Applications include high wind resistance requirements, earthquakes
and fire-rated walls. It is a flexible structural composite system.
It is panelized accepting different combinations of cladding
materials depending upon the design requirements. Standard
variations create walls that are insulated and non-insulated.
Wall Configurations

The wall imparts a thermal resistance from R-13 to R-23 using single
or double insulation respectively. Excellent sound attenuation
properties, water penetration resistance, and
mold resistance are
some of the more important features of the EBS Structural Concrete
Form System.
The wall panels include window and door openings and they are made
in different sizes up to 10 feet (3.00m) by 30 feet (10.00m), in
concrete thickness of 4 inches (10cm) to 12in (30cm).
-
One single wall form can span one or more stories.
-
They are ready to receive concrete and the finish selected.
-
All the corners are delivered pre-assembled.
-
All windows and door openings are pre-built into the panels and
precisely located.
-
Window sills are solid concrete as well as the lintels.
-
Separate beams and columns are also available.
The wall forms can be installed over a concrete slab with monolithic
footing, stem wall footings, grade beams-pad type footings or column
and beam type structure made of concrete or steel.
