We build concrete building structures using our

own developed Structural Permanent Forms. Our

forms are custom built panelized stay-in-place

concrete  forms. The forms are manufactured offsite under strict quality and manufacturing guidelines.

With our efficient field installation it is very

competitive when compared to other concrete construction methods.   

The forms are sequentially numbered and delivered

to the site in stacks ready to be installed. During                          EBS Walls              installation horizontal steel bars are placed as per                           

the structural engineer specs. Finally, concrete is

pumped into the forms creating a monolithic steel-reinforced structure with no cold joints.

After the concrete is poured, the stay-in-place forms become part of the structure and provide for thermal

and sound insulation as well as humidity, mold, and

fire resistance.
